Exeter City play their final home match of the 2018/19 regular season when they welcome Oldham Athletic to St James Park.
Both sides have the chance of achieving a place in the play-offs this season, and the Grecians will be hoping to further their claim for a place by picking up an important three points.
Ahead of the match, manager Matt Taylor said: “A lot will depend on the opposition and how we set ourselves up. We’ve got to play a certain way in our home games and threaten the opposition at every opportunity.
“We’ve got to put the ball in the back of the net, take opportunities, and withstand the pressure which the opposition will obviously put us under. It will take character, I know that for sure, and if we get some character in our performance then the better players will show through.”
LAST TIME WE MET
The sides last met back in December in a thrilling encounter as the Grecians twice came from behind to win 3-2, courtesy of a Jayden Stockley hat-trick.
City fell behind to a goal from Sam Surridge before Stockley netted in the 38th minute to level. Callum Lang then put the Latics back in front before Stockley replied just after the hour mark. The former City striker then completed the comeback, and his hat-trick, with a goal in the 70th minute to hand the Grecians all three points.
