Old Tiverton Road will be closed from Monday, August 12 until Friday, August 23.
The road is closed from the Stoke Arms roundabout down to Albion Place.
Supporters are advised to check their travel plans in advance for Saturday's match against Swindon Town as it is likely that buses will be diverted and access for parking will be restricted.
