The Exeter City Supporters' Trust annual general meeting will be held at the Phoenix Centre, Gandy Street, Exeter, will take place on November 16, starting at 11am.
The AGM will, in part, deal with the election of Trustees onto the Trust Board. This year there are five places available. Two current Trustees (Paul Farley and Martin Weiler) have reached the end of their maximum term of office (nine years), while a further two Trustees (Clive Harrison and Neil Le Milliere) must decide if they are to stand for re-election.
AGM and election packs will be sent out to members shortly. Any member wishing to stand for election will require three members to support their application and must complete the appropriate application form and return it to the Trust returning officer by noon October 12, 2019.
