Exeter City picked up a superb 3 points at the Park on Saturday with a 3-2 win over in-form Northampton Town.
Charlie Goode had fired the Cobblers into the lead after 33 minutes but Northampton would only lead for five minutes as Randell Williams cut inside and fired a great low strike into the corner of the net.
City came out firing for the second-half and a quickfire headed double from Aaron Martin and Alex Fisher gave the Grecians a 3-1 lead. Sam Hoskins' goal on 79 mintues could have set up a nervous finish, but the Grecians held out well to move to second in the table.
