Exeter City midfielder Archie Collins says he and his teammates will be looking to continue their positive form when they take on Lincoln City at Sincil Bank.
The Grecians recently picked up a 2-1 win over Crewe Alexandra, and they make the long trip to Lincoln looking to take advantage of their game in hand.
But Lincoln, who are top of Sky Bet League Two, will be looking to further their push for promotion and solidify their place in top spot.
Ahead of the match, Archie said: “You go into every game knowing it’s going to be different, home or away. If we keep the basics right, like our attitude, and our work rate and confidence then I think we’ve got a great chance in any game of football in this league.
“I think the camp are high on confidence off the back of Saturday, but we’ve got to keep on pushing and keep on going.”
A point could send the Grecians narrowly into fifth place, but Archie says he and his teammates will be looking to take all three points away from Lincoln, despite it being a tough test.
He continued: “Some of the boys say that it’s a big place to go but I suppose you’re not in your comfort zone at every away game because you’re not at St James Park and the surroundings are different. We need to take it in our stride and forget about the surroundings, play our football and do what Matt wants us to do and try to get that three points.”
The youngster also added that City will be looking to impose themselves on the game, with the help of the travelling away supporters.
“We’ve got to forget about what they want to do and bring our football and our game and show what we can do and hopefully we can get three points,” explained Archie. “It’s a Tuesday night, it’ll be great to see as many supporters as we can and, hopefully, they can keep the good support coming because they’ve been brilliant all year.”
