A new defibrillator, along with a plaque thanking everyone for making it possible, has now been successfully installed in the Stagecoach Adam Stansfield stand.
A total of £1,400 was successfully raised to install the defibrillator in the new stand thanks to the generous donations from supporters.
Elaine Davis, on behalf of Exeter City Supporters' Trust, said: "We hope we'll never have to use the defib but it's certainly reassuring to know that it's there if ever we need it. A huge thank you to everyone who has helped us with this project."
