The Exeter City Academy are recruiting for a part-time Advanced Development Centre Coach at Exmouth.
The Academy's nine Regional Advanced Development Centres (ADCs) sit at tier 3 of our Player Progression Pathway and act as a vital first step towards Academy football.
The Exmouth ADC runs once a week (Monday) during school term times from 6.30pm-8.00pm.
The main tasks for ADC coaches include:
- Prioritising the safety, enjoyment and development of ADC players and any trialists.
- Planning and coaching sessions for an age group.
- Liaising with ADC Head Coach, ADC Co-ordinator, and Head of Academy Recruitment on the performance of existing players and trialists.
- Attending Coach CPD events.
An hourly wage, training kit and the opportunity to develop your coaching career are on offer for suitable candidates.
Candidates should hold a minimum of The FA Level One and FA Youth Award Module One (Desirable FA Level Two/FA Youth Award Modules Two/Three), a First Aid certificate, FA Safeguarding, as well as an in-date CRB/DBS check.
