🚘 Travel Guide: Scunthorpe United (Tuesday, October 22)

Exeter City make the long midweek trip to Scunthorpe United on Tuesday night in a 7:45pm kick-off.

Here is all you need to know ahead of the match.

STADIUM: SANDS VENUE STADIUM (DN15 8TD)

Located in Lincolnshire, Glanford Park was opened in 1988 and has a capacity of 9,088 and the stadium saw a record capacity when the Iron welcomed Manchester United in League Cup.

TICKET NEWS

Tickets are now on sale for City's trip to the Sands Venue Stadium to face Scunthorpe United on Tuesday, October 22.

Tickets can be purchased in advance by clicking here. Tickets can also be purchased from the club shop until 4pm on Monday, October 21.

Ticket prices are as follows:

AMS STAND

  • Adult: £22
  • Senior: £15
  • Under-21: £15
  • Student: £15
  • Under-18: £6
  • Under 12: £0 (with paying adult, max 2 per adult)

BY ROAD

To get to Glanford Park you need to take the M5 north before joining the M42 which merges onto the A42. Shortly after that you need to join the M1 and continue north before joining the M18 and then the M180. After a short time, you need to take the exit to the left where you can join the M181 and this will take you to a roundabout and you need to follow the third exit to the ground.

BY RAIL

A number of services depart from Exeter St David’s throughout the day, and the journey takes approximately 11 hours. On returning from the game services depart at 21:48 and 22:48. Please note that each service to and from Scunthorpe require at least two changes.
