Exeter City manager Matt Taylor highlighted the positives as Exeter City battled to a 1-1 draw with Newport County.
The Grecians went ahead through Lee Martin on 15 minutes when he fired home from close range, but Newport got themselves back into the game from the penalty spot through Tristan Abrahams.
