Exeter City defender Alex Hartridge says the Grecians are looking to win tomorrow's Papa John's Trophy match against West Brom to secure top place in the group and extend the good run of form.
The Grecians, who are on a run of 12 matches without defeat in all competitions, have already qualified for the next stage of the competition, of which they reached the semi-final last season, and only need to avoid a high scoring defeat to top the group.
"All of these games are good for players to get minutes." said Academy graduate Alex ahead of the match. "Last year we got all the way to the semi-finals, and that's not only good for the competition, but it's three or four extra games for players that haven't played in the league so it's good to progress."
