City boss Matt Taylor says he is pleased that his side found a way to win after grinding out a 2-1 win over National League North side AFC Fylde at St James Park.
"We ground it out and found a way to win," he said following Matt Jay and Alex Hartridge's goal sealed victory against a resolute Lancashire outfit.
"The form Fylde are in and the players they have got, we knew it was going to be tough today. We didn't play well for a majority of the game."
