Exeter City's Harry Kite has spoken with pride after making his Sky Bet League Two debut against Scunthorpe United this afternoon.
Having been handed a start by manager Matt Taylor, Kite said: "I've been in the academy since under-9s so it's a real proud moment for me and my family."
"It has been the end of a good week and we're full of confidence going into the midweek game.
"It was a real physical battle out there, but we create some good chances and especially for the second one [goal], MJ got lucky, but sometimes that's just how they fall. They were battling for points so it was always going to be a physical game."
