One of our Own, Matt Jay has been named in the EFL Sky Bet League Two Team of the Season.
The City attacker has been recognised at tonight's EFL Awards for his incredible contribution this season that has seen him net 17 league goals and 7 assists.
Matt won the League TowPlayer of the Month award for March and was named in the EA Sports FIFA 21 EFL Team of the Season recently.
Speaking about winning the award, MJ said: “I’m absolutely delighted. I feel like I've had a very good season so far, so I’m really pleased to be recognised for that.
"I'm looking forward to finishing the season strong.” said Matt. “Hopefully we can push on as a team. I think I set a target of ten goals at the start but would really like to hit twenty.”
