"This photo represents my time at my boyhood club ECFC ❤️ I have worn the Grecian badge with pride for the last 10 years of my life. From the beginning the aim was to play professionally & I am so happy i was given the opportunity to fulfil my dreams at such an amazing place.
The lows of breaking my leg, struggling for confidence & going out to 5 different loan clubs before the age of 20 for experience are unmatched to the highs of making my debut in the EFL cup against Chelsea 23s, My first professional goal against Bristol Rovers in the same competition and my first league 2 start scoring away to Salford. They are all moments that filled me with immense pride, especially in that shirt ❤️🤍
I can never thank the coaches, staff & players that have helped me along the way enough. Matt Taylor gave me the freedom to play league football & I am truly grateful for the opportunity you gave me to showcase my abilities. To my second family, the ones that treated me as one of their own, they helped me improve & mature into the person I am becoming. You guys were amazing & I will miss our little family. Dan Green, the person that believed in me from the beginning. What an unbelievable person. I will never be able to thank you enough for the time, dedication & wisdom you have given me. To my brothers that I’ve been with from Under 11s & beyond, you have a special place in my heart & will miss you all so so much ❤️
Finally thank you to all the fans that have supported & watched me throughout my time here. The messages & love doesn’t go unnoticed ❤️ I was really looking forward to playing in front of a packed big bank, that would of meant a lot to me. Please now use your support to back the team for the upcoming campaign, you were missed last season ❤️
Memories to cherish, football was played & lessons were learnt. Exeter City FC, you were amazing. Once a Grecian... ❤️ Until we meet again...
