Exeter City have been proud to support Exeter Food Bank over the last few years, and your generosity makes a real difference to people’s lives in the local community.
The charity is reliant on food donations from the generous Exeter community for every food parcel given out in our community and during the festive period it is even more important we help those in need.
All donations are greatfully accepted, but the following are priority items:
- Deodorant (men and women)
- Sponge Puddings
- Custard
- Rice Puddings
- Soap
- Fruit Juice
- Washing Powder (Capsules)
This list reflects the items they are currently short of, the full contents of each foodbank parcel provides nutritionally balanced meals for at least 3 days. (Please see their website for full details)
Please note that the foodbank can only take in-date, long-life food, and unfortunately cannot take fresh produce, items past their Best Before / Use By Date, or any items containing alcohol (including wine- based sauces, steak & ale pies etc) more info.
Donations can be left at the following supermarket collection points, which are being collected from regularly:
- Sainsbury's (Alphington / Pinhoe / Guildhall)
- Tesco Superstore (Exe Vale)
- Co-op (Heavitree / St Thomas)
- Waitrose (Gladstone Rd)
Thank you very much for your support.
