It's a top-of-the-table clash on Tuesday night under the lights at St James Park.
Third placed Grecians take on second placed Northampton Town in a 7:45pm kick-off, with a big three points up for grabs.
City will be looking to bounce back from Saturday's late dramatic exit from the Emirates FA Cup as they take on a Northampton side that have won their last two matches in League Tow.
The Grecians are likely to be without striker Sam Nombe and midfielder Tim Dieng who have recently picked up knocks.
Jake Caprice's Thoughts
Jake Caprice says the team are "ready to go" as third place meets second at St James Park on Tuesday night, when Northampton come to Devon.
Speaking before the game with the Cobblers the 29-year-old said:
"It should be a good game. They're a good side doing well this year. We need to dust ourselves down from the weekend and go again."
The wing-back scored his first career goal against Carlisle in the last league game at EX4 and is excited about the attacking prospects of the City side.
"We've been playing free-flowing football with everyone contributing. It's a great attacking team to be part of. It's a great confidence boost that goals are going in all over the pitch."
