To mark our 12th annual Football v Homophobia match this weekend, the ECFC Museum team have partnered with the club and the One Game One Community group to produce the Football for Everyone film.
Created as part of the museum and Supporters’ Trust’s collaboration with the University of Exeter, Devon County Council, and the National Lottery Heritage Fund, the film explores the work of just some of the groups and individuals in the ECFC family, who are working to make football more inclusive.
In the film, ECFC media officer Craig Bratt speaks to Alan Quick, Lewis Bell-Cathwra, Caitlyn Elsworthy and our skipper, Jake Taylor, whilst Will Barret takes a brief look at the work of the ECFC Museum and the impact of one significant individual in the history of the game.
The message is simple – Football is, and always should be, for everyone.
