Matt Taylor says his side didn't do enough in their 2-0 defeat to Sheffield Wednesday in the Emirates FA Cup.
Goals from Adam Reach and Callum Paterson for the Championship dumped the Grecians out of the cup at round three, and Taylor was disappointed with his side's performance.
"It was a missed opportunity. I don't think we did enough today. We got into some great positions, but the [first] goal has knocked us back.
"The lads didn't give me absolutely everything todayand as that game wore on they became more and more disillusioned and disappointed with each other.
"I've got to make some serious decisions going forward."
