City boss Matt Taylor has given his reaction following the Grecians' 2-0 defeat to Shrewsbury Town at St James Park.
Two goals from Daniel Udoh inside the first ten minutes wrapped up the win for the Shropshire side, despite good chances for Taylor's men towards the end of the first half.
"We started poorly and they started well and all of a sudden we're 2-0 down," Matt said.
"It took us a while to wrestle back elements of control in the game and then it turned into a match up. We didn't start physically enough and that gave them a foothold.
"Unfortunately we've lost Archie. It was a tackle and his knee went the other way. It doesn't look good for him, and Archie is key in terms of the way we want to play this season."
