Jack Sparkes reflects on his substitute appearance and first league goal for the club, as Exeter City collect all three points in Scunthorpe.
On his goal, Jack said, “it's been a long time coming, I’ve got the goal and hopefully that’s the benchmark to keep going.”
On Matt Jay’s goal in the first half he said “it was lovely, we practice that a lot together, that’s been coming for him.”
On coming off the bench, Jack said, “there’s no disappointment from me to be left out when there was a 4-0 win on Saturday.”
