Great Western Rail are expecting to carry 1600 Football and Rugby fans this Saturday, October 13 as both Exeter City and Exeter Chiefs are at home for 3pm kick-offs.
This has caused a review of rail services to and from Exeter's St James Park station.
Some services will change to through trains and the key Barnstaple branch line services will be extended to and starting from St James Park (Exeter) to help ease congestion.
Please note that post-match supporters heading for Exeter St Davids will need to be at St James Park station earlier than usual.
