Matt Taylor gave his thoughts as Exeter City secured a 2-0 win over Colchester United in front of a packed crowd at St James Park.
Goals from Jack Sparkes and Offrande Zanzala meant the Grecians maintain 2nd place in the League Two table ahead of Monday's clash away at Tranmere Rovers.
"We showed desire and togetherness, and we added a little bit of quality on top as well." Matt said.
"With no disrespect to the opposition, their goalkeeper was probably man of the match, as was our dominance, and we created enough chances to win that game comfortably.
