As Saturdays match against Scunthorpe United is the first league action of 2022 it is a good time to provide an update on a number of things around the stadium.
Firstly, the Stagecoach Adam Stansfield Stand is a concourse, meaning spectators will need to wear a face mask in this area unless eating or drinking. This also applies to all indoor bars and hospitality areas at the club.
As always, should you have any covid symptoms then please do not attend the match to protect yourself and fellow supporters. The use of hand sanitiser is encouraged on arrival for the safety of yourself and your fellow supporters.
We all pride ourselves on the atmosphere we create on a match day, the support of the team is appreciated by everyone including the players and management. Exeter City will not tolerate discrimination of any kind and should you become aware of any then please raise the issue with a steward or text 'Help ECFC’ to 62277 to enable us to keep St James Park a family friendly stadium that is welcoming to all.
The ground regulations cover a number of areas. however in a recent match an item was reported as being thrown on to the playing area. We want to be clear that this criminal act under the football offences act 1991 and we will always seek to identify individuals involved, and work with Devon and Cornwall police to take the appropriate action.
We want to make St James Park great for everyone and we ask that you help us in making this possible.
