Latest recruit Kegs Chauke has expressed his delight as he became Matt Taylor’s second signing of the summer window.
The 19-year-old highly rated Southampton youngster joins the Grecians for his first professional loan move, having impressed Matt Taylor during the pre-season training comment.
"I'm buzzing. I've got a good feel for the club and the players now, so it's really exciting,” he said.
“I’m going to have the opportunity to play games, having learnt how the club is run and understanding the fan base.
“It’s my first loan and this is the perfect place for me in terms of the development that goes on here. I’ve been lucky to have been here a few weeks so I’m not as nervous, it’s great for me to have seen where I’m going before signing.
“I can’t wait to kick on.”
