The club can confirm that Josh Coley has signed a contract extension until summer 2024 and has subsequently joined Sky Bet League Two club Harrogate Town on loan until the end of the season.
Coley, who was born in nearby York, joined the Grecians last summer for an undisclosed fee from National League side Maidenhead United and has made 30 appearances for the club to date, scoring three goals – most recently in our 7-0 win at Cheltenham earlier this season. His new deal extends his current contract by an extra year.
He will link up with the Sulphurites ahead of their trip to Sutton United this weekend.
Everyone at the club wishes Josh a successful loan spell and we look forward to welcoming him back in a red and white shirt soon.
Good luck, Josh!
