Under-18s Head Coach Tom Donati has given his thoughts as the side prepare to take on Plymouth Argyle in the Devon Derby this weekend.
Donati's boys aim to bounceback from a disappointing 4-0 loss at Portsmouth a fortnight ago, and will hope that minutes for some players in a friendly against Southampton under-21s on Tuesday will prove beneficial.
"I've told the players it's just another game - yes it's a local derby - but it's another game in their development.
"They've had a busy week, but this is an opportunity for them in their development. We have looked at what happened at Portsmouth and reflected back on that as a team, and we can improve both as a team and individuals.
"I expect it to be relatively fiery, and we have to make sure we are cfomposed and manage our emotions."
