Exeter City defender Pierce Sweeney is expecting a tough test on Saturday as the Grecians face high flying Stevenage in a 3pm kick-off in Sky Bet League One.
The Grecians go into the match on the back of a tough 11 game winless spell in Sky Bet League One and come up against a Stevenage side flying high, currently sitting third in the League.
Ahead of the match, club captain Pierce Sweeney said: "We are going there expecting a tough fight. We have to stand up and compete first and foremost.
"Stevenage have done really well to be in the position they are, considering they were only promoted last year. They've got a good group of men and a tough manager to play against who knows how to win games of football at this level and above.
"We've stood up to similar threats in recent weeks, so that will be our platform going there to compete first and foremost."
