Exeter City are very proud of the level of supporter experience we provide at St James Park and we are looking to continue to provide these high standards as attendances grow.
With this in mind, we will be conducting a Club App testing program throughout the 23/24 season. The first phase of this process is a limited trial with 20 users. These will be drawn from previous Supporter Roundtable participants and new applicants as required.
We are looking for volunteers to join the testing program, especially those who will be attending the majority of our early season games, starting with Crawley on Tuesday, August 8th. We will be inviting a cross-section of supporters from each of the stands and various age groups to take part in the initial phase.
The Roundtable meeting will take place on Thursday August 3rd, between 6:30pm and 8pm (arrival from 6pm) in the Boardroom at SJP
First half: Will feature a presentation on the App and the testing timeline. This will start at 6:30pm prompt.
Half-time: Tea, Coffee, and lite refreshments will be available.
Second half: An update on the progress made on improving the Supporter Experience since our last meeting and an opportunity to gather participants feedback and ideas.

We have sufficient volunteers from the Adam Stansfield Stand and the Big Bank, however the Nevada Construction Stand (formerly Selco) is currently underrepresented.
