Assistant manager Kevin Nicholson is looking forward to returning to former club Mousehole as the Grecians head to Cornwall on Tuesday.
Nicho was the player-manager at the Seagulls in 2018-19 and has fond memories of his time way out west, and played a key part in organising the pre-season friendly.
"It's a lovely little club with a fantastic set-up and an immaculate pitch," Kevin said.
"It'll be a great experience for the players and it'll be good to see some old faces from my time down there. I was there a short time but I really enjoyed it. I was still playing at the time and I was academy director too, and I learnt a lot.
"There was some really eye-opening stuff at times and they were so passionate - the local derbies against Penzance were pretty intense. Mousehole play really good football and it's a hard place to play. Stands have gone up and improvements have been made, so they're getting better and better.
"I just loved playing there."
