Gary Caldwell has given his assessment as City were beaten 3-1 at Cheltenham after an uncharacteristic defensive performance.
The Grecians were punished for Sam Nombe's early penalty miss to trail 1-0 at the break before Josh Key's equaliser, but two further Robins strikes downed the Caldwell's men and he was disappointed with the proceedings.
"Today is a massive disappointment for the team and for the supporters that travelled," Caldwell said.
"I thought we played well for lots of moments but when we defend the way we did to gift three goals, you're never going to win football matches.
"There are bits we can improve on, but things we did well. We were the dominant team at the point of the missed penalty but we looked shaky after that."
