📝 Match Preview: Arsenal U21 (H)

Exeter City's attentions turn to the EFL Trophy on Tuesday night against Arsenal under-21s in a 7:15pm kick-off at St James Park.

City will be looking to make amends for their first group game, where the young Grecians lost 9-0 to Reading, as they take on an Arsenal side for the first time.

Tickets are selling well for the match, with over 2300 snapped up on Sunday, October 8. The Big Bank and Nevada Construction Stands are open for the match with admission prices slashed, so come along and back the young Grecians.

Ahead of the match, we caught up with 16-year-old Jake Richards, who has had an incredible start to the 23/24 season, having made his full League debut against Leyton Orient in September. Hear what he had to say ⬇️

Tickets for the match are priced as follows with both the Nevada Construction Main Stand and Thatchers Cider Big Bank open.

Key Timings

With the match being a 7:15pm kick-off, please make a note of the changes!

  • The Centre Spot Bar is open from 5pm and will remain open after the match.
  • The Club Shop is open until kick-off and will then close.
  • The Junior Grecians Family Zone is open from 5:45pm to all families!
  • The turnstiles will be open from 6pm for Tuesday night's clash under the lights.
  • Kick-off is 7:15pm

Centre Spot Bar

The Centre Spot Bar will be open from 5pm. After the match, draft pints of Tribute, Carlsberg and Thatchers are on offer for just £3.75 a pint

Junior Grecians Zone

The Junior Grecians Zone is open to all from 5:45pm! 

Pop in for table football, a game of FIFA and acess to the kiosk!

In the Fan Zone, the bar and Kenniford Farm's van will also be open for refreshments and hot food.

The club shop is open up until kick off and is stocked with all three of City's kits for the 23/24 season as well as a range of training gear and pocket money items.

The matchday programme the Grecian has a new look for this season, with designers Curtis Sports giving it a refresh!

This Tuesday's issue is a reduced 16 page edition which covers both EFL Trophy fixtures and will be sold at a reduced price of £1.50. Copies can be purchased in the club shop or around the ground from one of our sellers.
