City Captain Will Aimson has had his red card from Tuesday night overturned after a successful appeal to the Football Association.
Aimson was sent off by referee David Rock in the 66th minute of City's 4-1 defeat at Charlton Athletic on Tuesday night and subsequently faced a three-match ban.
However, the club submitted the necessary evidence to the Football Association, who have no overturned such punishment, meaning Will is now available to return ahead of City's match with Barnsley on Saturday.
An FA statement said: "Exeter Cityβs William Aimson will be available for their next three matches following a successful claim of wrongful dismissal.
The defender was sent off for serious foul play during their EFL League One game against Charlton Athletic on Tuesday, 3 October."
