Captain Will Aimson has given his thoughts as City look to put recent defeats behind them and bounce back when they face Derby County at Pride Park on Tuesday.
After five losses in a row in League One, form needs to improve and Aimson believes in the squad to put things right.
"We need to believe we can go and win tomorrow night," the skipper said.
"We have already proved what we can do this season and gone to tough places. Keeping clean sheets is massive in this league and you can build on that, and if you don't score, you need to not get beat. We're lacking a little in both boxes and just need to be more ruthless. In beteween, everything feels alright but we need to tighten up at each end.
"Derby are a good hard working side and we need to put a plan together that we believe in to go and win. We have given the fans some good away trips this season and we need to do that again, they've been unbelievable for us this season.
"We have spoken a lot about a hard team to beat and we need to get back to that as well - especially at home because SJP has to be our fortress.
