Exeter City will host Championship side Middlesbrough in the Carabao Cup fourth round.
The match will be the first competitive meeting between the two sides.
The Grecians qualified for the fourth round in dramatic fashion, beating Premier League side Luton Town at St James Park on Tuesday night, thanks to Demetri Mitchell's late strike.
Round Four ties will take place week commencing 30 October.
