As part of the club’s efforts to continually improve the fan experience, we are delighted to announce that a new online ticketing system, powered by Kaizen Ticketing, will be launched on Tuesday, April 2.
This new ticketing system will launch with the sale of early bird season tickets for the 24/25 season from 12pm on Tuesday, April 2.
This season we will also provide the option to split the cost of your season ticket into three payments through Klarna.
All current season ticket holders that have accounts on newtickets.ecfc.co.uk will be contacted by email on Tuesday at 10am with details of what is needed to move to the new system and how to renew their season ticket.
Further details on season tickets will be released on Tuesday, April 2.
For the remainder of the season, newtickets.ecfc.co.uk will still be used to sell match tickets for our fixtures against Stevenage and Oxford United.
Benefits of the new system
The new system will initially launch with the sale of season tickets only but will become fully functional when tickets for the 24/25 season go on sale.
The new system brings a lot of advantages for fans, and you will still be able to purchase tickets online right up until kick-off.
For the 2024/25 season, season ticket holders will not require a book of printed tickets, you can either choose a card that can be scanned all season at the gate, or you can add your tickets to your Google and Apple wallet, so you scan that barcode at each match.
You will be able to control your account so you can add others to your family, allowing for one purchaser to buy for multiple people.
We very much hope the improvements that have made will simplify and enhance your online experience with us.
