Defender Will Aimson has previewed City's clash with Burton Albion this weekend, fresh from scoring his first goal since August on Tuesday night.
Aimson scored the first of three goals away at Shrewsbury in the week having revitalised his season over the last few weeks with some big performances, notably against Bolton Wanderers last weekend.
"Throughout a tough period I was fine, I was working hard. There's always noise at every club, you go through tough period when you're not winning and everyone is entitled to their opinion," Will said on criticisms during City's losing run.
"I didn't read it, I didn't see it, I was just trying to get on with my job and doing the best I can for myself and the team.
"Burton will never give you an easy game - I'm aware we say that about a lot of teams - but they are hard working and we know what they are about, so we will look at it in our preparation about what we have to do."
