Exeter City manager Gary Caldwell has given his view on the Grecians 23/24 season.
A season where City went better than the one before, finishing a place higher and picking up five more points, but it wasn't done the easy way.
It was a season described by many as a 'rollercoaster'. From starting the season with a bang and being 2-0 up away at Wycombe Wanderers, from sitting top of the League after a 1-0 win over Burton Albion, to a 13-game win-less run that saw City tumble down the league, before a late Christmas present of a dramatic 1-0 win over Wycombe Wanderers on Boxing Day and Vil Sinisalo's late heroics, saving a penalty deep in injury time.
The second half of the season saw a team in inspired form, one that went on a run of eight games unbeaten and picked up some memorable wins over the likes of Barnsley, Peterborough United and Wigan, and those fighting relegation in Shrewsbury Town, Port Vale and Cheltenham Town. The end to the season saw some incredible scenes, home and away.
And let's not forget that Carabao Cup run, and beating Luton Town of the Premier League thanks to Demetri Mitchell's goal and a heroic team effort, the same team would push Middlesbrough a strong Championship side to the limit before bowing out 3-2.
Having had time to reflect on the campaign, Gary Caldwell has given his thoughts on the highs and the lows and the talking points of a 'rollercoaster season'.
"I absolutely love this football club." is all you need to know!
