📝 Vacancies: Academy Age Group Coaches

We are currently recruiting Academy Age Group Coaches in the Under 9 – 11 and Under 15 – 16 Age Groups to join us as casual workers (16 hours per week), seasonal basis.

We are also recruiting for Pre-Academy Coaches (6 hours per week). This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our Academy by supporting, guiding and directing talented young players to maximise their potential in sporting performance and personal excellence.
 
Reporting into the Cell Lead Coach (under 9 – U11, U11 – U15 – U16) you will support in the delivery of relevant innovative and enjoyable coaching practices by developing young players who aspire to play high quality possession-based football.
 
Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential as you will be preparing for and coaching a minimum of 2 out of 3 training sessions per week with a designated age group and preparing for and coaching an age group match as part of the games programme.
 
As Academy Age Group Coach, you will need to build professional relationships, ensuring effective communication skills as you will be responsible for liaising with parents and guardians regarding timetables, conducting player reviews with parents, liaising with the Academy Head of Recruitment regarding trialists and with the Head of Education & Player Care to ensure players are engaged with their educational requirements.
 
The successful candidate will need to ensure all rules relating to youth development (EFL, EPPP) are met at all times and all necessary age group and player paperwork to include match reports, PMA content, player diaries & reviews are completed within the required timescales.
 
Candidates will need to have the ability to be flexible and adapt and have a productive and positive work ethic showing an enthusiasm for the multi-disciplinary approach at all levels and all ages.

Hourly rate of pay will be discussed at interview based on the relevant qualifications (£12 - £14 per hour)
