Exeter City manager Gary Caldwell has shared his thoughts ahead of City's trip to face Reading on Tuesday night.
Sonny Cox's late strike earned City a point on Saturday night and Gary is looking for the Grecians to build on that against a strong Reading side, who have eyes on the play-off places.
"It was a good point in the end from a scrappy game overall," said Gary on the Northampton Town draw. "We've got a lot of games like that coming up where teams are scrapping for points. The big thing I want to get over to the players is we need to play with the confidence and personality that has won us some big games this season.
City take on a Reading side that are in good form and have eyes on breaking into the play-off places, and Gary is aware the team will need to be at their best come 8pm on Tuesday night.
"It's a nip up the road for us compared to other journeys! The players have recovered and we will prepare and train today. We will be rested, fully recovered and ready to give a big physical exertion because Reading are a really dangerous and aggressive team.
"It's a really difficult game but we will be fully prepared.
