Manager Gary Caldwell has given his thoughts as Exeter City head to Blackpool on Saturday looking to build on the 2-0 win at Bolton Wanderers last time out.
After the international break that saw the Grecians without a game last weekend, the game takes on extra significance with the appointment of Steve Bruce as the new Tangerines boss, something which Caldwell feels changes the dynamic of the game.
"I think his appointment will have a big impact for Blackpool, to get a manager of that calibre and that experience. He has managed over 1,000 games and I have so much respect for him," Gary said.
"We have to be prepared for a team that will really come out to us on the front foot and we have to stand up to that.
"Tactically, I don't think he can change a whole lot as that takes times - I know that - but can impact people and the motivation and the way they play in terms of attitude. We have to continue the positive from Bolton and the performances we gave had."
