Gary Caldwell has given his thoughts as the Grecians prepare for a second home game in four days, hosting Mansfield Town under the lights.
City come into the game following a 2-0 win over Shrewsbury on Saturday which took the team to seven points above the drop zone, and Caldwell hopes that they can build on the weekend's positive result and performance.
"It is the first time we play Mansfield this season, and we know they are a threat when they are at their best. But we are in a good vein of form and we want to try and continue that going into the rest of the season.
"Mansfield have showed early doors the quality they have in the group, but they have a few injuries. They have the likes of Jordan Rhodes and Will Evans who are excellent strikers, so we know the threat that they pose but we also know we are playing extremely well."
