Manager Gary Caldwell has given his thoughts as Exeter City prepare to take on second placed Wrexham at St James Park on Saturday.
City are six unbeaten in the league, having kept four clean sheets, and welcome the Welsh side to Devon full of confidence after a good run of results.
"Nothing is decided yet this season, top or bottom, and every game is important. Obviously playing a team at the top lets us see where we are as a team not only this season, but next season as well.
"It's a full house at SJP and we want to win at home in front of our supporters against a big team, which is something we haven't done enough of as a team this year. Saturday would be a great place to start.
"We know it'll be difficult when we face a top team, but we know at our very best we can compete and beat these teams when we get it right. We know where they will hurt us, and we are clear on where we can hurt Wrexham.
"We know what we have to do, but the difficulty is then making sure we go and do it."
