Ilmari Niskanen on City's defeat to Stevenage

Following the Grecians' 4-1 defeat against Stevenage, Ilmari Niskanen gave his reaction.

The winger helped win the penalty for Josh Magennis' opening goal, however two in reply from the hosts, in both halfs, turned the match on it's head.

"It's a very frustrating period we're going through, but at the moment it's not acceptable," said Imi.

"We're conceding way too many goals today, and it's really disappointing."

City had a bright start but couldn't capitalise on that early momentum, something the squad are working hard to address.

"We started brilliantly, got a goal with the first attack, but two unfortunate goals conceded in the first half, but we were still in the game.

"We didn't create many chances in that second half but then Stevenage got that third and fourth goal. We need to do better because we were still in the game, but all the players are incredibly frustrated.

"We need to get better and we will get better."
