The next Supporter Experience Roundtable meeting will take place at SJP on Wednesday, April 23.
Exeter City are very proud of the level of supporter experience we provide at St James Park and we are looking to continue to provide these high standards as attendances grow.
Results from recent EFL Family Excellence Awards have been very positive, however, there is no doubt that as crowds have grown, meeting the expectations of all supporters becomes more challenging.
With this in mind, we are holding a series of Supporter Experience Roundtable meetings throughout the 2024/25 season. The Roundtable meetings allow us to understand supporters’ own experiences and to explore ways we can improve our engagement with supporters and the matchday experience at SJP. The meeting have proved very informative for both the Club and those who attend.
Don't just take our word for it, here are a few quotes from those who have attended previous meetings:
“The roundtable is very welcoming and makes you feel valued and part of the club, it enables you to contribute positively to the great match day experience and the club itself.” - Darren Rowbotham.
“I personally have found the Roundtable meetings very insightful. It is great to have a better understanding of many elements of the club that is so close to my heart and it has given me the ability to better understand processes such as the transfer windows that previously I had little knowledge of. Exeter City football club is more than just football to my children and I, it is a place where we can spend special time together watching a team we are passionate about. We have made some memories at Exeter City that will last forever.” – Diana Weeks.
April’s Roundtable meetings will take place at SJP on Wednesday, April 23 between 6:15pm and 9pm, arrival from 5:45pm. We are looking for supporters, to join current Roundtable participants, who represent a cross-section of demographics, from each of the stands, ticket types and various age groups etc. All supporters are encouraged to apply.
