Tickets for City's Vertu Trophy Round of 32 tie against Birmingham City on Tuesday, December 10 (7:45pm) will go on priority sale from Friday, November 29.
Season Ticket holders will have the opportunity to claim their seats or Big Bank place for this fixture prior to the priority windows opening. Following this period, all holds on unsold Season Ticket places will be released for sale in the priority windows.
During the priority window, normal rules will apply, each member will be entitled to purchase one ticket. If you have claimed your Season Ticket place, this counts as your one ticket.
Priority sales timeline:
- Friday, November 29 - 10am until Monday, December 2 at 9am: Season Ticket Holders
- Monday, December 2 - 10am - GOLD Priority Members (1 per-person)
- Tuesday, December 3 - 10am - SILVER Priority Members (1 per-person)
- Tuesday, December 3 - 5pm - GENERAL SALE
We apologise for the short priority window, but with the fixture less than two weeks away, we want to give as many people a chance of claiming their space within SJP.

How to claim your Season Ticket space:
Season ticket holders have from Friday, November 29 at 10am until Monday, December 2 at 9am to claim their seats.
To buy, please log in to your ticketing account at tickets.ecfc.co.uk, and select 'Convert Reservation' in the 'Your Account' section - in there, all of the Season Tickets that can be purchased will appear. After 9am on December 2, supporters who are NOT Trust members will have to wait until the evening of the 3rd to purchase further tickets.
Supporters are advised to purchase tickets online, as this is the quickest and most efficient way of claiming their ticket - phone lines are likely to be busy, and it may be difficult to get through at times.
