Exeter City will face League Two side Walsall in the first round of the Carabao Cup and the tie has been confirmed to take place on Tuesday, August 13, 7.45pm.
The Grecians had a historic run in the competition last season, reach round four after wins over Crawley, Stevenage and Premier League side Luton Town before being beaten by Middlesbrough at St James Park.
As per the new EFL television deal, the match will be available to watch live on Sky Sports+.
