Tom Dean has given his reaction as he made his full debut in the EFL in a 3-1 win over Huddersfield Town on the same day that his brother Will secured promotion to the National League with Truro City.
After his debut at Crawley on Monday, Tom was handed a first start in victory over the Terriers on what was a proud day for the Dean family.
"It was a big moment for me. I thought I trained well in the week and earned my place out there. I thought I did well out there and should have scored!"
"A lot of the fans have said well done to me and it was great for them to know who I am, their support is amazing and is is great to have events like this to say thank you to them.
"Big congratulations to Will as well, I'm buzzing for him to get promoted and I am so proud of him for what is an amazing moment."
