With a goal on his first appearance, Tristan Crama was a happy man after City’s 3-0 win over National League side Eastleigh in the Grecians’ final pre-season friendly.
Little over 15 minutes into his first appearance in a City shirt, Tristan managed to get himself on the scoresheet with a pinpoint header at the back post which set the Grecians on their way to a 3-0 win, something the French defender was elated with.
“Happy with that, couldn’t be better for a first game! Winning, clean sheet and getting a goal.
“Super pleased with that!”
It wasn’t complete plain sailing for the Grecians though as Eastleigh made it difficult at times, resolutely defending City attacks.
“I think we’ve been in control and scored early, which is good for this type of game,” Tristan explained.
“It wasn’t an easy game but I think we played really well, controlled the game. Before the first game of the season, it’s a good start.”
