Exeter City Women's Devon Derby cup tie away to Plymouth Argyle will take place on Sunday 24 November, 1pm.
The match will take place at Home Park.
Following a 4-0 victory over Keynsham Town in the first round, the draw was made on Monday afternoon, pitching the two Devon rivals together for the second time this season. Argyle were 6-0 winners at home to Poole Town.
City were 3-0 winners at Home Park in the league in October thanks to goals from Sophie Gillies, Sarah Stacey and Emily Toogood.
