During her scholarship at the University of Science and Arts in Oklahoma, Zoe represented the University side the DSAO Drovers with some distinction.

After returning to the UK in 2016, Zoe signed for Exeter City and has been a regular at the centre of midfield since. Scorer of important goals and one for the big occassion, Zoe enjoyed her most prodictive season in front of goal in 2022/23 and had been the Supporter's Player of the Year for two consecutive seasons.

On the opening day of 2023/24 at Bridgwater, Zoe scored four goals in a 5-0 victory and would score a further five before the season's end in 25 appearances, plus three assists.
